This is the price of the dolls- 10,000 dolla- Takai ne?
Well, hello again! Sorry for the late turn to blogging. Not much has happened here- other the new years Tokyo trips and things! Just trying to stay warm, not sleep to much, and enjoy this snow less cold weather. It has just got cold enough that I feel cold just about all the time unless I am under the Kotatsu or sleeping. The tip of my nose is starting to get cold in my house, and I run around the place trying to stay warm and get through the cold rooms fast! All is well, I am just glad that I do not have snow to battle along with the cold and biking! But a weekend ago my Kocho sensei (principal) and Ms. Saigusa (one English teachers at Kamijo) went to Takeda Shrine, a Buddhist Temple, along with a doll shop and craft shop. It was quite fun! They were very fun! Enjoy the pics! And just for kicks- I saw (with my eyes- no one elses) a teacher bow 8 times while on the phone- just in case you do not get it- the person they were talking to could not see them bow- talk about dedication!

March 3 is Dolls Festival- they are beautiful!
Remember: When you run out of things to do- siting under a Kotastu (warm table) with a mikan (mandrin orange) is a choice!
(ps for those who do not know- the title says I am Morry Kee- se. (first part) Cool huh!(second part).

How can I get the Japanese writing to be correct? I just get giberish... Those dolls are really cool!
You're rockin' that fuchsia coat, Molly! :)
Jackie- by correct do you mean able to translate? Well it doesnt translate very well if ever so not to say it is pointless but difficult. I loved the dolls they are so cool and so expensive.
Debra to your comment- that fushia coat has a story- It goes like this. As it gets colder I find my self without a winter coat. So i go to my local Tjmax (that has cheaper prices) to get some warmer materials! And these coats were the first of the season- and they were on sale! YEAH but i tried on the M size (in a not so loud color) and it was ok but the waist didnt fit. well the L size was the same but bigger on top. I asked myself what was this- oh wait- I am in Japan, they do not compensate for hips! ahhh- so I had to go for the L size to fit the hips and the only color was fushia- I said- NOOOOOOOOOO! but it was cold so now I have a fushia coat- and a black one- that came out after the sale! EHEHEHHEEH but thanks- I think it is growing on me a little!
